Remote working is the habit

Working for companies in distance has been done by us since our beginning (in 2005). In fact, most of our jobs are done by this way. We have built trust of the clients in many places. For us, trust is an invaluable thing. That’s why we respond to the client’s trust with responsibility.

How's the story?

Nearly all of our works were done remotely, even before the 2020 pandemic. The interesting fact is that the studio have done in that way since its inception back in 2005.

This studio have used remote working, initially with email and now-defunct Blackberry Messenger, now in the wake of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter and others) & other chat apps (such as LINE, WhatsApp etc.) the studio, we utilizes it as well.

How to do?

Reach out first!

The first turn is yours. Send us greetings and tell whatever you need for your promotion purpose. We mainly use messenger app like WhatsApp and social media (Facebook, Instagram) as main communication line.

Have discussion

We can do that directly, or better, distantly via Zoom meetings or WhatsApp video calls.

Tell all details and concept

You will have to give details about the concept you really want. This is intended for clarity, ease and lesser problem for both sides in working process.

Don't worry, we will give you a guideline before the work begins to guide you in finding design concept.

IMPORTANT NOTE

You will be required to make the down payment before the work starts. We will give the quotation to you as well.

Let the work be done

First requirement before starting

As an agreement, 50% down payment has to be paid before our work starts.

Working process

Leave it to us. We will do the work as the requirements tells us (see Step 02 above)

Presentation

We will give you the concepts of design works we make and you will have to choose it that suits best. 

The revision

To make sure the work is done without consuming too much time and energy, we will limit the revision time amount up to 3 times.

Final delivery

The final, revised result will be given to you in various formats according to the purpose (digital, print, etc.). You will have to pay the remaining cost, and after that, all the deliverables are yours to have.

Storage

We will give you usually through Google Drive or email.

Guildeline

For logo, stationery and packaging, we will also give you guideline of design usage.
